My experience at Saunders + Crouse Architect has allowed me the opportunity to take lead in every phase of design, including starting many of projects in the proposal phase to present to clients and get awarded to move forward. The production aspect of design has been a large portion of my career. Taking in all the client’s requirements, leading heavy coordination with multiple disciplines, and producing construction documents. research on sustainable materials on the basis of many criteria including but not limited to resource
efficiency, health, durability. Developed a REVIT BIM model with the acquired knowledge, to act as a
shared knowledge form the conceptual stage until project completion.

Worked on various large scale architectural projects including but not limited to Mysore Road Terminal, an elevated metro train station project located in Bangalore, India. Fire Luxur Clubhouse, 35 acres clubhouse project located in Bangalore, India. Nitesh Columbus square, 13 Story High rise residential project with 380 apartment units located in Bangalore, India. Bekal Resort, 30 acres back water front resort located in Bekal, India and various other small scale residential projects.

Outcome: Worked on the various design and execution aspects of the above mentioned projects such as Programming, Master plan, Individual floor plan, Exterior elevation design, Roof truss drawings, Green roof design, Project management, Shop drawing review and Design documentation.

Thesis: “Living Building Challenge- Sustainable Healthcare (ophthalmology) facility design” (On-going)
Developing evidence based design solution for an Ophthalmology hospital which uses its own energy and water generated using passive design techniques. A research on sustainable materials on the basis of many criteria including but not limited to resource efficiency, health, durability. Finally, Developing a BIM model with the acquired knowledge, this would act as a shared knowledge form the conceptual stage until project completion.

Grad.Projects: “Net zero Civic Campus - Reinventing Norman’s Civic Complex “
The project focus was on regenerative architecture in the sense of not just net-zero energy but positive energy production and water catchment/treatment. Utilized the Open Challenge Program as a vehicle to explore and promote these sustainability issues in an urban framework that promulgated the leadership role of municipal government and services, reinforcing the sense of place that can be accomplished through civic architecture.
