Duties include managing all aspect of maintenance, upkeep and repair for the Corporate Offices, Operation Center as well as 19 satellite offices. Manage day to day operation which includes security, wellness and overall safety. Duties included facilitating help desk requests and coordinate bank-wide projects including new office re-locations, negotiating contracts, leases and other building issues. Works with multiple vendors and smartly send jobs out for bid.
