Designing and building energy efficient luxury homes in Crown Point, Indiana primarily in Doubletree Lake Estates that sculpt the local environment to become a place where each home is a unique masterpiece with distinctive architectural details- an interpretation of each client's vision and lifestyle according to their budget, lot size and square footage allowance accomplished through teamwork, skillful design, professionalism, and seamless work ethic from an idea to a finished architectural statement.
Each project becomes a story of the people who are going to live in it brought to light by endless hours of designing using up to date AutoCad programs, utilizing proper building codes and covenants, contract preparation, estimating, overseeing every aspect of the construction process from lot clearing to interior design, and ensuring quality materials and outstanding execution of the tasks by employing the most superior and trusted contractors. Each home is designed and built with passion and dedication as if it were my own.

Began acquiring knowledge, understanding and experience of the construction industry at Uskana
by closely working with my father, Zoran Grujoski, the owner of the company and formally trained
architect from Yugoslavia, by performing day to day operations such as scheduling, estimating and ordering materials at the office, and framing, millwork and tile installation in the field.

The advancement to a project management position in the company further enriched my knowledge, strengthened my dedication to the company while broadening the responsibilities of running commercial, single and multi-family residential projects in the Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana including meeting with clients to assess their needs according to their budgets, estimating quantity and cost of materials and labor according to construction documents and/or field measurements, coordinating work and material delivery schedules with all parties involved to accomplish project completion within the set budget and time line with the commitment to build a lasting relationship with satisfied customers.

June 2004- 2009 Vice President
As a vice-president of Uskana, I successfully expanded our company into new ventures such as contract with Lowe's Companies as an independent installer for the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area where the company provided installation services for kitchen cabinets, flooring, appliances, doors and windows for commercial and residential projects to meet and exceed Lowe's highest standards for craftsmanship and professionalism by following their guidelines, attending training courses and certification from different manufacturers, and working closely with Lowe's designers and management. Day to day operations included inventory and detailed measurements of the space, design support for the designer and client during design meetings at Lowe's, preliminary labor estimates, final design approvals, final labor estimates, product quality inspections, project scheduling, supervision, final inspection of the job site and the competed project with an ensured quality and 100% satisfaction from
the customer.

Conducted home inventories, construction oversight and post-construction inspections for the Sound Insulation Program around O'Hare International Airport AOR (Airport Owners Representatives) where Teng and Associates, Inc. was a sub-contractor handling the architectural branch of the program; assisted in the design of the train station, streetscape, and park for the Village of Hanover Park, Illinois in close collaboration with Teng's civil engineering department which included preliminary planning, cost analysis, presentations in front of the Village Board, and final design and production of construction documents; worked on the schematic design for the Indianapolis International Airport Control Tower which required extensive research and analysis, immaculate organization, persistence, and most importantly teamwork in order to achieve and surpass the client's expectations with each deadline in the design process.
