Sullivan Building & Design Group is a full service design, general contracting, and millwork company that draws inspiration from historic craftsmanship and local materials, and adapts them to contemporary use of space and tastes. The firm's project types are focused on residences and restaurant fit-outs.

As a project designer and administrator, my design duties included full drawing sets for additions, renovations, and millwork packages through shop drawings for high-end millwork projects. The administrative and management duties included estimating and take-offs to produce project budgets, writing specifications and contracts in tandem with drawing annotations, communicating with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, shop managers, and foremen.

Concentrating on responsibly sourcing salvage and local materials, utilizing creative craftsmanship and design to honor the materials, Greensaw was a full-service design, millwork and renovation company.

After spending my first year at Greensaw as a Cabinetmaker and Assistant PM, I moved into a Project Designer/Manager role for 3 years. Working closely with clients, I designed and managed interior residential renovations, including the tasks of budgeting, estimating, bidding subcontractors, managing carpenters and subs, while tracking cash flow.
