My name is Matthew Charles McNabney and a Graduate from Kansas State with a NAAB accredited Bachelor of Architect degree in 2001 and have been working in the field of architecture and construction since 1999.  Currently I am looking for full-time employment.  Have work as project manager within an architecture firm, owner / property management company and state facility.   Have project experience in multiple states (Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Indiana and Arizona) as well as many different building types.  As project manager I was overseeing two large scale projects, with over 12 buildings and 30 plus tenants, which were under construction at that same time. 

I believe in the team approach to architecture, construction and problem resolution.  As a project manager I have found that the team approach to help to expand the abilities of many young future architects to be able to work more independently will they are still learning the technical side of the field.  This help to support their confidence in themselves, expand their construction knowledge, improve their problem resolution skills all while still progressing towards progress completion.  Within the team environment, not only have I had great response form coworkers, efficient construction document production, I find that I have learned many new things from those same team members.
