TRANSIT projects
* NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA), Multi-station ADA Accessibility Study, NY, NY– 2018/2019
Project team leader for survey and assessment of 73 subway stations in Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. Investigated the addition & placement of elevators, ramps and related station upgrades related to ADA accessibility. Site surveys, historical analysis, zoning, flood and utility overlays, proposed schematic designs and reports for frequent presentation and submission. Designs coordinated with MEP (GGE Consulting Engineers Inc.), Civil & Structural (T.Y. Lin International Group) engineers. Responsible for team coordination, on-time submissions, design modifications, presentation materials and client presentations.

* NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA), 170th Street Station – Jerome Avenue Line Construction Documents, Bronx, NY– 2020
Design Development and Construction Documentation of elevated transit station. Architect of Record for Gannett Fleming. Incorporation of three new elevators, new stairs, power rooms, fare arrays and reconfiguration of station department rooms. Responsible for wall/room -sections/details, door/window/finish -schedules/details, wall types and exterior elevations.

*GSA Roosevelt Courthouse Perimeter Security, Brooklyn – 2012
Construction Administration to close project with final amended drawings with building department. Worked solely submitting forms and communicating with consultants.

TRANSPORTATION projects
* Eglinton Crosstown LRT Line, Science Centre Station, Toronto, CA – 2015.
The Eglinton Crosstown light rail transit (ECLRT) line is a key project in The Big Move, Metrolinx’s regional transportation plan for the Great Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). The ECLRT runs along Eglinton Avenue on a 19-kilometre corridor, of which 10-kilometres are underground, with 25 stations and stops, 15 underground stations and 10 at-grade. I aided in the technical design of intermodal station with bus terminal, contextual issues and communication with consultants.

*Red Line Subway, Aharonovitz Station, Tel Aviv, Israel – 2012
The new Tel Aviv Red Line system which will be the largest and most complex transportation project ever executed in Israel. The Red line is approximately 1,000,000 sf and 24km long, 11km of which is in a tunnel that will be excavated underground, from Manshiyya/Neve Tzedek in Tel Aviv to past the Geha Interchange. There will be 34 stations along The Red Line route, with 24 above ground and 10 below grade. The Red Line will be the first of a network of Light Rail Transit (LRT) lines within the main public transportation system Construction Documentation and design. I aided critical evaluation of design, structure and consultant coordination.

* Sky View Parc, Flushing, NY – Assisted team with design of 3,300,000 GSF mixed-use residential development in Flushing, Queens, New York from schematic design and design development through construction documents. Responsible for Zoning, Life Safety, Tax Lots, Retail Condo and BSA drawings.

* United Nations, NY, NY - Redevelopment of basement levels for Capital Master Plan. Responsible for File Archive/Organization, Implementation of UN design protocols and assistance with Construction Administration inquiries. Worked closely with Con Edison for construction of 2 major vaults.

* National Television Studio, Doha, Qatar -
Worked with Janson Associates on new building design for construction start in 4 weeks. Responsible for design of 3rd floor; prayer rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and café.

* North An Kahn, Vietnam - Major new city outside of Vietnam. Responsible for placement of Villas & Townhouses in accordance with client desire and local ordinances, including proper street access and amenities.

* Senior Living Complex, Deradun, India - New project with 8 residential towers, club house, health center and restaurant. Responsible for design of multi-tier above/below ground parking facility to accommodate residential storage and guest parking.

*Union Club, NY, NY - Assisted update of interiors; wash room, steam room, sauna,toilets and showers. Responsible for drafting interior elevations.

*St. Nicholas Housing, NY, NY - Assisted Zoning drawings. Responsible for drafting various zoning sheets.

*Prospect Place, NY, NY - Assisted schematic design phase. Responsible for drafting typical apartment units conforming to Housing Authority regulations.
