About

Through my studies at the Rhode Island School of Design I learned the importance of engaging in different disciplines within the art and design world. My studies of textile design in particular shaped my understanding of form at both the urban and techtonic scale. My fascination with texture and materiality has grown into a unique understanding of space and form.

While I’ve enjoyed the past few years of living, working, and studying in new locations, I am happy to have finally landed in Massachusetts. I began my career with low-cost, energy efficient residences and small commercial projects in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A little over a year later, I moved 1,500 miles north to embrace the Pacific Northwest at SkB Architects. There I enjoyed working
in multiple capacities, as a designer rather than Architect. Working mainly in the world of high-end corporate interiors, I worked directly with clients such as Microsoft, Philips, and Sur Le Table.
Another year later, I landed in Cambridge and have become increasingly involved with the Passive House community here in New England and have begun working on a Passive House project in Ancram, New York.

Though diverse, all of the opportunities I’ve had have drawn heavily on my roots as an artist. I
hope to continue to develop my understanding of design by using my skills in the service of socially responsible and technologically progressive work, while developing symbiotically as an artist.
