Practice experience includes the programming, building and site design of multiple building types for both new and remodeling work, conducting meetings with owners, building associations and committees, building officials, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and consultants.  Experience includes the creation of cost estimates, proposals, contracts, schedules, production of construction documents, permitting, and project management.  The office has received (5) AIA design awards.
