About 

I am an architect in Tacoma, Washington.  I am available to relocate, if needed, to anywhere in the world.  My architectural experience has been in Federal, State and Local government work as well as privtate sector commercial/retail and residential projects.  Project types include Military Design-Build, K-12 public school  projects, State of Washington higher education capital improvement projects, commercial tenant improvements and food faciltiles.  I was the project manager of two recently certified LEED gold facilities; the Luke Milam BEQ, Naval Station Everett and TEMF Facility at Joint Base Lewis McChord. Also in process for LEED Gold is the Academic Fire Instruction Building at NAS Whidbey Island.  I ave  extensivel design and managenet experince in Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.

Project Manager for DOD Design-Build projects. I my involvement on projects included preparing pre-award proposal submittals, participating in Teaming/Partnering sessions with the clients and design consulatants, organizing constrcution document preparation and staffing, design coordination with clients and full construction administration through project close-out.

Tacoma Community Colege, Capital Projects Manager

As the Capital Projects Manager my responsibilities included preparing project budget requests for legislative review and working in partnership with the State of Washington Engineering and Architectural Services division. upon a project being approved by the state legislature I worked with the TCC President, Board of Trustees and E&AS to over see the selection of design consultans, review design documents for program complaince, assist in bidder selection and work as the TCC representative during construction and project close-out.
