I aim to complete the Intern Development Program (NCARB IDP), become LEED accredited and ultimately obtain my professional architecture license. I am someone that can demonstrate complex concepts in the architecture field, has inspired leadership qualities, is a well‐rounded team player and will contribute to the performance of your firm; as well as having a strong desire to excel in this profession.      I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Architecture in December 2010. My strong work ethic, along with a summer internship and experience with clients, has given me an understanding of the demands, needs and strategies on an individual basis of each client. I have strong standards for organization and time management skills that help provide a firm base for the design process; and they helped me achieve the award I won for the In‐house Design Competition. Throughout my academic career and my personal employment, I have dealt with almost every type of design need from a simple bedroom renovation to a 14 story office building that exceeded green methods of design. As a designer, I enjoy creating innovative ideas that will further benefit the architectural world as well as helping clients become more responsible with their architectural needs. I constantly practice quality design initiatives/solutions that constitute
exceptional techniques, designs and results in the field. I am confident that I would make a significant contribution to the continued success of an architectural firm.
