About

I am a passionate and skilled designer with a record of achievement as an entrepenaur, expertise in design/build, residential, landscape, and a professional reputation for delivering projects on schedule and on budget without sacrificing quality and creativity.

I have focused my education and professional experience on learning much about how we create the built environment. Recently with Jack Burns Architecture, I have worked on the renovation of properties according to IEBC 2009, IBC 2009 for Institutional Use and the ACA Code for Minsec and Corxtional Solutions as well as additions to residences in Lower Merion and Edgemont Township.

While continuing to pursue an opportunity with a Licensed Architect, I operate Green Mode, Inc., a landscape design build company, I started in 2009. In this capacity I have prepared and presented successful appeals for variances in Radnor and Southampton Townships. Also, I have built a association of professionals to execute residential landscaping contracts
I directed the landscape division of Gardner Fox Associates for 5 years as Landscape Designer and   Projects Manager while increasing the revenue of the firm.

I Introduced the Landscape Division of Gardner Fox Associates and presented the goals and strategic plan at the Company’s Annual meeting.

I sold $1 million in sales as a landscape designer for Waterloo Landscaping and Gardner Fox Associates Design/Build.

I am proficient with Computer drafting and design software including Revit, Powercadd (Mac based Computer Aided Drafting and Design), Turbocad, Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office.

I also enjoy designing and drafting by hand.

I enjoy managing both design and build projects.

I have completed Brian Tracey Sales Training.

Also I have,  Researched and prepared dossiers for IRCICA on the Sabils of the Old City of Jerusalem for the Al-Quds Jerusalem 2015 Project toward their mission of recording and preserving art and architecture valuable to Islamic heritage and educating the public about the contribution of Islam to wider human culture.

I Participated in the 2009 Urban Planning Charette at Drexel University and exhibited at the Center for Architecture Philadelphia, PA.

I taught classes in landscape architecture and design for Main Line School Night and lectured on landscape design and horticulture for high school students in the Gifted Program at West Chester East High School in West Chester, PA
