About

Connely Farr grew up across the street from a cotton gin in the small town of Bolton, Mississippi, the same town that spawned the Mississippi Shieks in the 1930's. His childhood was filled with building log cabins, Kiss albums, skateboarding and running around in the country.

Connely studied architecture at Auburn University, graduating with honors. While at Auburn, he participated in a non-profit design/build program called Rural Studio, collaborating most extensively on the Musicman House and the Hale County Animal Shelter. Connely has enjoyed his collaborations exhibited in the United States and internationally, including in Italy at the 52nd Venice Biennale (2008) and in Spain at the World Architecture Festival (2008).

Connely currently works as an Intern Architect with Ramsay Worden Architects in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
