About

I define great design as a balance between aesthetics and efficiency. I love all aspects of architecture, from the historical, theoretical and design-oriented, to the more technical and logistical phases of a project. A well designed space can positively engage people both mentally and physically and it is with that mindset and passion that I approach any project.

I posses great design, organizational and problem solving skills, having the ability to see a project through from it’s initial concept to it’s final permitting and bidding stages. Having experience working on residential, hospitality, retail, commercial and industrial projects, I posses a well rounded knowledge of professional design, structure and code compliance.

I have been in China for over 7 years, working on medium and large scale commercial, retail, residential, cultural, and urban development project. I'm having a great time taking in the culture, learning the language and  working on interesting projects. I am always interested in meeting other designers and learning about the projects others are working on. If you are planning on coming to Shanghai (strong suggestion for anyone looking for for an interesting next step) please send me a message.
