Integrated Lifestyle Housing

The vertical organization of the modular blocks opens up most of the ground for public use. The varying orientations of the modules create different views for each residence. The interior programs on the residential side define the gaps between the fenestration bars according to the desired amount of privacy. Along the circulation corridor, the spacing between the bars gradually decrease as they move closer to the hinge points, indicating the compression of the hinges.
