The house is built on the same foot- print and foundation as the owner’s previous residence, which allowed us to use their intimate knowledge of the site to inform the overall layout and orientation of each room. We designed the rest of the house to be open and spacious to accomodate their large family gatherings, and easily adaptable to ADA requirements.

The house has 2 bedrooms, a study, and a gym (each with en-suite bathrooms), a kitchen, den, dining room, living room, a maid’s room, game room, laundry room and a 3 car garage. The landscaping was done with local species that require little maintenance.
