What You'll Do:
Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex architectural projects.
Engage in thorough research and apply problem-solving to develop design solutions that meet client needs.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to design standards and timelines while maintaining CTK’s commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop initial design concepts and see them through to construction administration.
Organize and present design deliverables from initial stages through to completion.
Handle coordination, site visits, and client presentations with or without senior staff.
Collaborate on construction documents and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements.
Support junior staff, providing guidance and overseeing their development and project contributions.
Who You Are:
A self-starter with a team-oriented attitude, capable of leading and inspiring others.
Experienced in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in technical, management, and communication skills, capable of engaging with all project stakeholders effectively.
Familiar with the intricacies of project schedules and budgets, and skilled in maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
A strong understanding of BIM processes and tools is essential for this role. Knowledge of Vectorworks is preferred but not required.
Preference will be given to licensed architects, recognizing the expertise and professionalism that licensure brings to our projects.
