Following the trend of providing upscale Premium Club spaces in Ballparks, the ownership wanted to expand their existing stadium club which was small, lacked a view to the field, and had no direct access to the seating bowl and create a larger more upscale environment to resolve all of these issues.

In order to achieve this, we took over the existing Press Area, added a third level to the building. Relocating the press area to it to the third level allowed the previous area to be utilized to expand the existing club adding a dedicated seating area that serves the club, providing it with physical and visual connection to the field.
