The main concept of the design is creation of a complete neighborhood with the integration of every
element (dwelling units, green spaces and socializing spaces). The concept of massing has been adopted balancing social spaces in one side and living on the other. Dwelling units are planned such that each unit enjoys the southern sun and the northern beauty of the site. Also, centrally located community block promotes social integration of people living in the vicinity.
