Churches, Schools, Banks (Institutional)

KMA’s institutional design experience extends back almost 40 years ago when the founding partners started their first work with Great American Bank. KMA soon began doing bank branches as far north all throughout the West coast.

A new era of banking emerged as communities had the desire for neighborhood banks that reflected the local vernacular. KMA responded with contemporary and setting appropriate buildings, many of which are still in existence today. Futher patrons gave KMA the opportunity to pioneer the way in which banking has progressed over the years. Under these circumstances KMA credits itself with creating the “Supermarket Branch”.

These relationships led to further institutional work including Horizon Church, Bishops School, etc.
