Vornado Realty Trust selected CetraRuddy to create 37 luxurious residences in this Madison Avenue landmark building, originally designed by Rosario Candela.  As architect and interior designer, CetraRuddy created 4,000 and 8,000 SF homes with spacious plans and hand-crafted custom detailing utilizing sumptuous materials from around the world.

The updated design recreates the grand elegance of the late 1920’s, albeit with a modern flair that meets today’s standards for luxurious living. The homes are gracious, boasting flexible layouts that make for varied living opportunities.  Each individual residence is designed in keeping with the spacious proportions of the original Candela-designed space – with many pre-war details and luxurious finishes. Fireplaces are wood-burning and crafted from sculpted limestone. Doors, baseboards and moldings are custom-designed.
