Set to be built on 527 West 27th Street in West Chelsea, Jardim will be surrounded by other recent starchitect-designed projects like the High Line and the developing Zaha Hadid-designed luxury condo building at 520 West 28th Street.</p><p>Here are some real-estate-friendly tidbits we know about Jardim so far:</p><ul><li>Commissioned by New York-based Centaur Properties and Greyscale Development Group, Isay Weinfeld will be responsible for the architecture and interiors of Jardim</li><li>The project will be located at 527 West 27th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues, in Chelsea just west of the High Line.&nbsp;</li><li>The building features 36 condominium residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
