According to <a href="https://arktimes.com/arkansas-blog/2019/12/24/marlon-blackwell-architecture-firm-sues-over-saracen-casino-design-fee" target="_blank">a recent report from the <em>Arkansas Times</em></a><em></em> the lawsuit explains, "the agreement wasn&rsquo;t honored and Blackwell&rsquo;s copyrighted designs were &ldquo;stolen&rdquo; for use on the project and Blackwell wasn&rsquo;t paid.
