Housed in a former horse stable dating back to the 1920s, the scheme will host artists as part of the Edward F. The project will also see a 1,400-square-foot cottage rebuilt as a residence for the property&rsquo;s caretaker. The architects, who also own a nearby Venetian restaurant on Vyrner as well, were familiar with their artist-clients from the local Hackney area.
