The overall project provides 6 new classrooms and a new commons with cafeteria for acoustically tuned performances. It increases security by eliminating 5 unmonitored entrances and providing a secure elementary entrance with administration. It provides classrooms for the music and drama programs, which are currently in temporary facilities disconnected from the campus.

The new commons: this flexible space will comfortably accommodate school lunches, school performances, and community functions. The commons is naturally day-lit to reduce electrical costs for the school and centrally located so it is easily accessed by all grade levels.
