The Maldonado’s Residence was my first opportunity of creating and bringing to life one of my designs.  Its minimalist design gives the residence a more contemporary appearance and an attractive look the young couple were looking for.  I gave the house the right orientation so I could take advantage of natural lighting and cross ventilation, reducing the energy cost and making each space more comfortable.

The site is relatively a flat terrain with an entrance to the north, two empty lots to the west (for future houses development), and ten existing trees to the east boundary (making this part the best for openings).
