Inspired by the Midwestern’s most ubiquitous view of the growing cropfield, this pavilion captures and frames the horizon into a small meditation hut. The hut’s horizontal strip window frames the boundary between the growing crop and the ever changing rural sky. Made with a warm wood interior and black zinc exterior the pavilion stands in contrast to the crop fields and sets itself as an escape for meditation.
