A new 28,000-square-foot, three-building coastal marina complex comprising a shipping and receiving warehouse, a marine maintenance facility (with bridge crane), and a three-story administration building. The warehouse and marine maintenance facility are pre-engineered steel buildings with clerestory roof windows for natural lighting. Pedestrian green space was created between the structures and kept separate from vehicular areas.
