After many years of iterative designs, budget shortfalls, and alternative studies, the new home for the School of Business was substantially completed in 2015, and is anticipated to receive LEED Silver certification.  The 144,000 SF facility occupies a prominent place on the campus of Montclair State University, and houses lecture halls, large and small group classrooms, academic and administrative offices, and flexible spaces for the School of Business' numerous public-private initiatives, including an active trading floor and a cooperative education and career development center.
