Acting as Project Architect, the New Jersey office of Environetics provided core & shell re-design and general project management and coordination. Interior fit-outs were provided by Environetics’ New York City office, while all MEP & structural engineering was performed by Environetics’ Philadelphia division. Project is on track for LEED Gold, using strategies such as stormwater detention and recycling, a solar thermal hot water system, and a green roof utilizing native vegetation.
