Responsible for construction documents and specifications for a new 60,000 square foot Training Center, 8,900 square foot Vehicle Maintenance Facility and 2,000 square foot storage building for the US Army Corpse of Engineers (USACE) as part of the US Dept. of Defense BRAC program.  The project has a highly efficient air barrier system and is pursuing 39 LEED credits and a LEED Silver rating.  Presentation of the project’s architectural and LEED aspects was required at 30%, 50% and 90% stages of completion to the Army Reserve, National Guard, USACE and their consultants.  Served as the LEED administrator helping other disciplines and contractors less experienced in the LEED process to complete and upload templates to LEED On-line.  Completed an Army Corpse required LEED Implementation Plan and assemble the LEED Notebook for use during construction. (2009-2010).
