Let's start with the bad news - i am getting my ass kicked in German. It is one of those classes that I know I would fair well in if I just wasn't spread so thin every where else. Oh well. I should have audited the class (I am pretty sure the credits are useless to me as far as graduation goes) but I am not too worried about it. I got a 90 on my last homework (Hausaufgabe), so that is an improvement from last time. How much of an improvement? That is privileged information.

Anyway, it stormed pretty hard last night. The architecture building is always really interesting to be in during torrential downpours. I'm not quite sure why - perhaps it's the fortress-like amounts of concrete?

Our mini-project is due tomorrow. Should be a late night. Ugh. I could use so sleep because that is a lot more going on than I have mentioned in these three paragraphs.

"Big Bang Machine" in Geneva poised to create a blackhole 300km from where I am studying abroad

    onward.

About this Blog

School blog of BArch student Samuel Mortimer kept from 2008 - 2011. Mostly late-night musings of the studio, but with an emphasis of the events of the College of Architecture and Design and University of Tennessee on the whole.
