Commercial property at the gateway to wine country in Riverside, CA.  The project includes a mandatory septic system which vastly restricts the location of the buildings.  

The clients seek to place structures there which are not currently available in Riverside including an Elderly Care facility.  Additionally, they wish to include a Petrol Station and an office building.  

The requested design aesthetic was all over the place.  The schematic phase was an effort to coax the client regarding what NOT to do.  Some folks need pictures to be convinced...
