About

I am very interested in a full time position within the Architectural field and hope you will give my candidacy strong consideration. I have a Masters degree in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design with 17 years of experience in Architecture. My portfolio is very diverse with examples from many building construction types and occupancy types. I consistently met or surpassed all goals required on all my projects and with teams I managed. Of particular value to my former employers was my team player mind-set, enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations. I regularly received unsolicited praise from customers commending my outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to manage small firms and teams, own a design firm and manage a nation wide capital projects department. I maintained a great track record for running highly complex projects on time, on budget and with very satisfied clients. I have great recommendations to back up my ability to manage and teach others. I have also been recommended for my great work ethic and team spirit.

I am looking for an employer who is willing to have a long term relationship and help me progress in my career. I have a vast amount of AutoCAD abilities and can put together comprehensive sets of construction documents with ease. I would like to build upon my ability for putting together Building Information Projects (BIM). I have experience working with all the Revit Suites, Microstation, Archicad and Vico Constructor Suites. I would like to continue my involvement with projects that require this level of detail.
