As a Designer in Architecture my responsibilities included all phases of documentation process. My experience has been in Commercial Residential and Educational projects. Studies may span from small tenant or corporate space fit-outs, to a total renovation or new addition, as well as mixed-use Core & Shell projects. My "Niche" in the past 10 years has been in preparing schematic design layouts that address client’s program or suits their new building use. My task is to find Artistic solutions to most difficult problems. I studied building Façade design alternatives through free hand color renderings and presented finish materials that best represent our client and firm values. The process included following up with technical detailing and coordinating between Structural and Mechanical Engineering disciplines and Lighting consultants.
