A massive armature bridging the barriers of the freeway and rail infrastructure reconnects the neighbourhood to the amenity of the lake. Grafted on is the infrastructure of a contained arrangement of terracing, bioswales, and a contained year round green house bio swale to process all streams of waste water as the make their way to the lake.
